Nesian Fan
These fans are direct from Fiji. It is recently woven and is 20-30cm in size.
Local orders preferred for this fan please (Auckland).
You can collect at Nesian Dance Class on Sunday's at Campbells Bay Beach between 9-10am or provide your address for personal delivery. - Julia
"The fans were made by women from Daku village in Tailevu. My Uncle has a handicraft stall in Suva and sends his assistant/helper on a lorry to Tailevu to collect fans. Daku village is 1 hour away from Suva. The names on the fans are then weaved in by another woman in Suva who is from Moce in Lau Island groups.. RETURN & REFUND POLICY
How long do I have to make a return?
- The following change of mind timeframes apply:
- In-person 15 days from date of purchase
- Online Australia 30 days from date of delivery.
We will honour a refund or exchange on a change of mind item with the following conditions:
- The merchandise is unworn, unwashed, unused and with its original tags intact.
- If the exchanged item is of lesser value than the original item(s), any rewards used towards the original purchase will be forfeited in the exchange.
- Any promotional offers or discounts received in the original order will not be applied or carried over in exchanges.
Exceptions To Our Change Of Mind Policy
Our change of mind policy does not apply to earrings due to hygiene reasons.
Can I cancel, or change my online order?
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel or make amendments to any online orders after your order is placed.
To avoid disappointment, please ensure all details provided are correct at the time of order placement.
Something I ordered is faulty.
If you have purchased an item with a major fault, you have the right to ask for your choice of a replacement or refund. If you purchased a product with a minor fault, we can choose to give you a free repair instead of a replacement or refund.
International Purchases
International orders cannot be exchanged and will be refunded in full upon return via mail.
Address for returns will be provided on request.
SHIPPING INFO
We ship to Australia. We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours however, during busy periods and over weekends there may be a small delay in dispatching your order.
STANDARD DELIVERY TIMES
Australia & New Zealand 5 – 7 business days
You will be notified via email once your order has been dispatched, and this email will include all tracking details relating to your order. Changes to your order's delivery status will be indicated via your tracking number on the courier website. All orders are delivered via registered courier and will require a signature, unless you provide Authority To Leave during checkout. Authority To Leave is optional for Standard deliveries but a requirement for Same Day deliveries.
Tracking Your Order
When your online purchase is complete you will receive an email containing your order confirmation and delivery details. This email will also include a link which will allow you to track the status of your delivery at anytime. If you have not yet received an email notification, please be assured we are doing our best to get your order to you.
